Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may contact Realty Corporation of America within 7 (seven) days of your purchase for a full refund. Purchases kept for seven or more days days without a return request are considered final. If there are any questions about your purchases, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. - The client of our MLS only service agrees to fill completely all required real estate disclosures and forms and provide accurate “listing input” information to Realty Corporation of America. Realty Corporation of America reserves the right to reject any listings that do not include all required disclosures.
- If your property is in a community with a point of sale requirement, if is the responsibility of the Seller to obtain these reports prior to title transfer.
- At the conclusion of the list period, if Seller would like the listing renewed, a new charge of $495 applies.
